International Orders: We do not ship internationally

Click “Add to Basket” and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Checkout
Enter your shipping details and choose your delivery option.
Select your payment method (we accept major cards, PayPal, Klarna and secure payment gateways).
Confirm Your Order
Review your order summary and click “Place Order”. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable unless defective.
Returns must include all accessories, full packaging, any freebies (if provided).
Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer any returns or exchanges on earrings, huggies and hoops.
Customers are responsible for all return postage and packaging costs. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and returns should be sent via recorded delivery at the customer’s expense.

Provide your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: we do not offer any exchanges.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions. You can then place another separate order for the item you want to order.
